In the realm of food, McDonald’s always creating headlines is one thing you can always bank on. You can bank on this just one thing. Given their ubiquity, the Golden Arches seem unable to escape causing waves in the realm of fast food every few weeks. Though autumn has only just started, the chain has been on everyone’s lips ever since it unveiled its biggest burger to date, some fan-favorite menu items returned into restaurants, the newly extended $5 value meal, and even a deal that is impossible to miss: a fifty-cent burger.
McDonald’s Introduces New Crocs Happy Meal
McDonald’s has debuted a brand-new dish that will make you want to grab your vehicle keys and dash straight to the drive-through. Though it was such a mouthful, you shouldn’t start breathing just yet.
Though Happy Meals have a long and rich history, one thing has stayed the same ever since they were originally launched in the 1970s: Happy Meal toys always go viral. Happy Meals and its related accessories sometimes become collector’s items from the Squishmallows toys that fans petitioned McDonald’s to introduce to the United States to the “Adult Happy Meal” toys, which reportedly resold for as much as $300,000 back in 2022. Popular among adults as well as children are happy meals.
And McDonald’s is about to break the Internet (and eBay) once again with a brand-new set of Happy Meal toys as we are still trying to get our hands on all of the Collector’s Cups that the business introduced at the beginning of August.
Each Crocs Happy Meal will feature one of eight special Crocs clips, according McDonald’s website. Using the unique sticker sheet reproduction of Crocs’ Jibbitz contained in the Happy Meal shoe box the Crocs clip will arrive in, will let you to personalize your small Crocs shoe.
Though the Crocs clips are likely to be popular with youngsters, particularly for the sake of adorning their brand-new backpacks, we wouldn’t be shocked if you saw adults fighting for these toys in drive-through lines and on resale platforms like eBay.
This is not the first time the two companies have collaborated; last autumn Crocs debuted a line of shoes with a McDonald’s motif, which we utterly loved. Four designs in all, with McDonaldland characters, and even a unique menu item called Jibbitz, reflected in the collection.
The Crocs clips seem to be not quite brand new by the same token. Some social media detectives found that they had already been introduced at McDonald’s outlets abroad with ten distinct designs; yet, the United States restaurants will only be getting eight of these styles. Simply said, we celebrate each overseas item Mickey D brings into the United States as a win.
Starting on September 17, Crocs Happy Meals will be offered at cooperating McDonald’s outlets all over; but, they will only last as long as supplies allow. If you want to have your hands on these limited-edition toys, you will want to set your Crocs into “sport mode” and quite literally rush to the McDonald’s nearest by you. History has taught us, if anything, that you will want to do this.
