Costco Customers Love This Frozen Family Dinner: 'I'm Obsessed!'

The Kirkland Signature lasagna and the Crazy Cuisine Mandarin Orange Chicken are just two examples of the many readymade frozen meals that are made available at Costco and are quite popular among customers. At the same time, however, one item in particular from the freezer aisle has been earning a significant amount of affection from customers who buy at Costco.

One of the most talked about frozen products is called Rao’s Eggplant Parmesan, and it contains 240 calories per serving. It is comprised of breaded eggplant slices that are fried until they are golden brown and then covered with marinara, whole milk mozzarella, and imported Italian cheeses.

The item was originally seen in Costco warehouses before the end of the previous year; but, thanks to a customer who brought it to the attention of the public on social media, it has been generating more discussion this week.

“My wife and I had this tonight, and both of us really enjoyed it,” the shopper said in a post on Reddit. Not too sweet, and not very acidic. I really hope that this continues for a while.”

Over the course of time, the article has been flooded with comments from other buyers, many of whom have provided their own gushing testimonials on the product.

It’s a yes!!! We received this over the weekend, and I can’t get enough of it! Every single one of us adored it! Indeed, even the infant!,” a user posted on Reddit.

The last time I had this was a couple of weeks ago, and it was excellent! When I went back yesterday, I was relieved to see that they still had them in stock. “It tastes exactly like it would at a restaurant,” claimed another person.

One of the customers, who stated that they do not generally appreciate the Italian cuisine, claimed that they were won over by the product.
Despite the fact that I dislike eggplant parm, I enjoyed this! A user on Reddit gushed about how “it came out great, even though I had to bake it for longer than it says on the box.”

Similar to the availability of any other product sold at Costco, the availability of Rao’s Eggplant Parmesan may differ from one warehouse to another. Before making the trip to the Costco, customers who are interested in purchasing the item should first verify with their neighborhood Costco whether or not it is now available. It is also possible that the prices of the item will change; nevertheless, several members have stated that they have lately seen the 64-ounce boxes put on sale for $12.

There are other products at Costco that customers have been raving about recently, and this is not the only one. In a different conversation that took place earlier this week on Reddit, users expressed their awe and admiration for the frozen Double Pepperoni Pizza offered by Motor City Pizza Co. (380 calories per serving), which is characterized by a thick and crispy crust as well as pepperoni that has been cut and diced. They even went so far as to call the pie made in the Detroit manner “one of the best frozen pizzas” available on the market.

Other products sold at Costco that have lately generated a lot of interest include the Shrimp Tempura Taco Kits, which can be found in the deli section, the Fruit Riot Sour Candy Grapes, which contain 45 calories, and the Cinnamon Coffee Cake, which is only available in the baking section.
