The only restaurants eligible for Michelin stars are those offering the best cuisine and satisfying main Michelin Guide criteria on ingredient quality, flavor harmony, technical competence, chef personality, and consistency. Amoroso, who was the chief chef at the Bellagio in Las Vegas throughout the 2000s, was able to acquire not one but two Michelin stars for his cuisine.

Two months have gone since Maggiano first unveiled a revised cocktail menu with Rosa Spritz, Grand Margarita, Pomegranate Martini, and Smoked Old Fashioned, Pace. Amoroso’s appointment falls barely two months following menu launch. Maggiano also unveiled six more wine choices last month, all of which were chosen by Master Sommelier Jason Smith, one of just 273 people worldwide with the title.
