It’s possible that you are unfamiliar with cloud breads if you are new to both me and my material; nonetheless, while I was expecting my third child, cloud bread was the only thing I could think about eating. My goal was to increase the number of people who followed me on TikTok in the year 2020, and it rapidly became one of the first videos in my viral video series.
A fresh and exciting method to enjoy the cloud bread recipe was something I experimented with almost every day, and the majority of the time, I was inspired by a tip from someone who left a comment on my blog.

Ingredients
- one cup (237 ml) egg whites
- One tablespoon (8 grammes) arrowroot starch, almond flour, or cornstalk starch.
- Two tablespoons (25 grammes) monk fruit sugar replacement or two stevia tablets.
- ½ tablespoons (4.5 grammes) cinnamon
- Two grammes or half a teaspoon of salt.
- ¼ tsp., or 1.5 ml, vanilla essence
- One teaspoon (five grammes) butter, ghee, or coconut oil.
- ½ tsp (1.3g) powdered sugar
Directions
- 1 cup (237 ml) of egg whites should be beaten until they become fluffy and large.
- Include eight grams of cornstarch, almond flour, or arrowroot in the mixture.
- To the raw egg white batter, add one tablespoon of monk fruit sweetener or one packet of stevia, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla essence. Mix well.
- Once more, you are beaten.
- Use butter or oil to grease a pan, then bring it to a temperature of medium heat. It is recommended that a third of a cup, which is equivalent to eighty milliliters, of cloud bread “pancake batter” be poured into the pan in the same manner as pancakes would be normally prepared. After two to three minutes, turn the food over and continue cooking for another two to three minutes on the other side.
- Enjoy once you have sprinkled powdered sugar or cinnamon on top, or whatever other sweetness you like to use.
