Taco Bell Recently Added 6 Exciting New Items To the Menu

When it comes to the introduction of new menu items, 2024 has the potential to be one of the most significant years for Taco Bell. Over the course of the previous nine months, the fast-food behemoth has maintained a continuous flow of new food and beverage options coming out of its test kitchens.

These new options include shakes, crispy chicken nuggets, and a product that was inspired by empanadas and was given the name Cheesy Chicken Crispanada. In the month of September, Taco Bell is continuing its relentless pursuit of innovation by introducing yet another assortment of fascinating new menu options.

Customers are likely to be delighted by the new arrivals, which include selections that have never been seen before as well as a handful of favorites that have been brought back. The fact that some of these things are only being sold in certain areas rather than all across the country is something that certain fans should be aware of.

However, Taco Bell conducts these restricted testing to see whether or not new innovations are popular enough to launch nationwide. As a result, customers may see them roll out in more regions of the country in the future.

The following is a list of the six products that have recently been added to Taco Bell menus or will be added in the near future. Customers should keep an eye out for even more Taco Bell debuts in the future, since the company has not yet introduced some of the new innovations that it showcased at the beginning of the year.

Double Decker Taco

Despite the fact that Taco Bell retired its iconic Double Decker Taco in 2019, supporters have never ceased advocating for the restaurant to bring the much-loved menu item back out of retirement. Taco Bell is going to give in to their relentless demands, and it will do so the following month.

Beginning on October 10 and continuing through October 30, the Double Decker Taco will be added to menus around the country for a short time for a price of just $2. It consists of a taco shell that is crisp and filled with meat that has been seasoned, lettuce that has been shredded, and cheddar cheese. After that, it is wrapped in a flour tortilla that is soft and topped with a layer of warm refried beans.

Disha Hot Sauce packet

There is more to Omar Apollo than just writing and performing songs. The singer-songwriter also has his very own brand of spicy sauce called Disha spicy, which was derived from a family recipe that was kept a secret. A sauce packet containing the smokey flavor will be made available at Taco Bell locations across the country beginning on September 24 for a limited time-only offer.

Customers have the option of purchasing the Disha Hot sauces individually for a price of $0.20 each, or they can purchase them as part of a new Disha Hot Discovery Box that includes three sauce packets, a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, a Doritos snack Locos Taco, a Crunchy Taco, chips with nacho cheese dressing, and a medium fountain drink for a suggested price of $8.99.

Big Cheez-It Menu

The long-awaited Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Deluxe and Big Cheez-It Tostada were introduced by Taco Bell in the month of May. Both of these items contained Cheez-It crackers that were sixteen times larger than the standard size. On September 20, Taco Bell restaurants welcomed back the Big Cheez-It menu for a second limited-time run.

This time around, the menu includes a number of additional delicacies that are exclusive to this iteration. An improvement has been made to the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme, which now comes with two extra-large Cheez-It crackers rather than just one. The price of this product is $5.49.

In addition to the seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, lettuce, reduced-fat sour cream, and chopped tomatoes, all of the other components are the same as those that are included in a traditional Crunchwrap Supreme.

Alternatively, the Big Cheez-It Tostada, which costs $2.99, is comprised of a massive Cheez-It cracker that is topped with seasoned beef, diced tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream that has been decreased in fat. Customers at Taco Bell have the option of ordering a huge Cheez-It cracker on its own for just one dollar, or they may enjoy the novelty food as part of a Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Combo that costs $9.99 and includes a Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme, a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, Taupe Fries, and a medium fountain drink.

$7 Luxe Cravings Box

Over the course of the summer of 2024, Taco Bell entered the fray of bargain wars by introducing a Luxe Cravings Box that cost $7 and included a Chalupa Supreme, a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, a Double Stacked Taco, chips with nacho cheese sauce, and a medium drink. Also, this week, the chain released an updated version of the box that is available at a reasonable price.

For the same suggested price of $7, it now includes a Chicken Chalupa Supreme, a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, a Doritos Locos Taco, chips with nacho cheese sauce, and a medium fountain drink. All of these offerings are included in the package. During the time that the package is offered, customers can purchase it in restaurants all throughout the country.

Caliente Chicken Menu

Although Taco Bell has released a number of intriguing new options in 2024, the Cantina Chicken Menu has been one of the few that has achieved the same kind of excitement.

All of the items in the lineup, including the Cantina Chicken Burrito, the Cantina Chicken Soft Taco, the Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco, the Cantina Chicken Quesadilla, and the Cantina Chicken Bowl, are made with shredded chicken that has been roasted in the oven and seasoned with flavorful Mexican spices.

Customers may now experience hotter versions of these products thanks to the introduction of the new Caliente Cantina Chicken Menu at Taco Bell. The menu, which is currently being tested in Cincinnati, Ohio, includes the same items that are available on the traditional Cantina Chicken Menu. On the other hand, the products are finished off with a new Caliente sauce that Taco Bell described as “spicy, bright, creamy” with overtones of citrus.

Agua Refrescas

At the beginning of this year, Taco Bell started conducting tests on new Agua Refrescas beverages at a single location in southern California. Now, the business is introducing the new drink innovations to consumers who are fortunate enough to be located in a different region of the United States. The Charlotte, North Carolina market is the only one where the beverages are currently being tested (at this time).

Taco Bell advertises the Agua Refrescas as “refreshing and vibrant beverages” that are infused with fruit tastes and combined with genuine fruit pieces and green tea. These beverages are available in Strawberry Passionfruit, Mango Peach, and Dragonfruit Berry flavors.
